By accessing the Tsunami Interface, you agree to the following protocols regarding synthetic media generation and intellectual property.

1. Generative Output

Unless explicitly stated in a commercial contract, Tsunami retains the methodologies, seeds, and node graphs used to generate output. The client receives full rights to the final rendered raster/vector files.

2. Liability

TSNM provides tools for commercial synthesis. We are not liable for the downstream usage of generated assets in regulated industries (healthcare, finance) without prior legal review.
